We had a lovely stay at this hotel, which offers a wide range of family-friendly facilities. The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. The private beach was a highlight—plenty of complimentary water sports and beach activities, all supervised by attentive safety guards both at the beach and around the swimming pools. The room itself was comfortable, though a bit dated. It featured a bathtub, which could be challenging for elderly guests to step over safely. The shower curtain setup also made it easy for water to spill onto the floor, which was slightly inconvenient. Check-in was smooth but took around 15 minutes at 1:30pm, even though it wasn’t busy. I found this a bit lengthy compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Singapore. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was very positive. It’s a great place for families looking to relax and enjoy a variety of activities in a safe and welcoming environment.

A very good property to stay in. Chef Prem really went out of the way to ensure we had superb Indian food. They Maharaja platter offer was super delicious. Kudos to his team - Sam , Albert ,Maga and Alvin for making our stay memorable.

Stayed at W Sentosa several times now. Great retreat for those who want to be slightly away from the city.
