The hotel was advertised as a “4-star hotel,” but it felt more like a low-budget hotel considering the overall experience. At check-in, we were charged an additional amenities fee, yet the room had virtually no amenities. The mini fridge was completely empty, with not even the option to purchase anything. There was no water in the room either—you had to leave your room, walk down the hallway, and get water yourself. For a hotel marketed as 4-star, the experience was very disappointing.
The bed was extremely hard and squeaked loudly every time we moved, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the experience did not come close to what I would expect from a 4-star hotel, particularly given the price. One of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had.
