Very welcoming staff and the concierge provided useful tips on our travel plan. However, the hotel is not that convenient as there is a 10 minute walk to major attractions and the hotel does not feel five star. Expedia told me we will be offered a bottle of wine but we got nothing except one bottle of complimentary water on the first day over our three night stay.

"Their service is good and comfortable. But they don’t offer water for the second day no matter how many days you stay the hotel. They only offer the first day water."

Small gem well located!
"Great hotel, cute maisonette, amazing location surrounded by so many fabulous restaurants, shops and even the harbour is close (10 min walk max). Many bus stops around to go to Knossos, and beaches. Breakfast was great, staff super nice. Bathroom is small but it serves its purpose :). Would come ..."
