Good big bath facilities

This hotel was highly rated in all aspects but did not live up to majority of its standards. We arrived about 2015 hours as our flight was delayed, upon arrival we did not receive a welcome drink (Expedia said we should be receiving) and we were starving so we asked if the restaurant was open on the hotel as we just wanted to eat and relax after a long day of travel. The front desk said yes and the last serving is at 2100. we headed straight there before even heading upstairs to the room, once at the host stand she explained that they actually close at 2100 and it’s a buffet style restaurant and everything was already being cleared for the evening so we could not get any food. The following evening we tried the buffet for dinner this time at around 1900 it was way over priced for the quality of food. They had more sides than actual main dishes, majority of food was cold and clearly had been sitting out for hours. We both immediately were sick afterwards. They had 2 outdoor pools, one on the 2nd floor which had nothing to offer except for a few uncomfortable lounge chairs. No snacks or drinks. The rooftop pool was on the 14th floor where it stated they served beverages and snacks. When we couldn’t access it from the elevator, the front desk stated it’s only for club members(we was not explained anywhere). The room was big but designed poorly, the tv was on the opposite end of the beds location so you could not watch it. The store closed at 2100 and offer much options for guest

Highly recommend for family with baby. Spacious room. Sea view with balcony . Could view star at night . The small kitchen is what you need for a baby ! Could do simple cooking and reheat food .

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very large and had everything we needed. Super clean. The only complaint was that the dryer did not dry our clothes appropriately. Also, you cannot get breakfast there unless you order the night before. No other facilities on site for eating. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I highly suggest it!

I adored this hotel. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and luxurious. When I stayed there, the tides were quite low, so the swimming area was too shallow to swim. But the beach was well tended and beautiful. And the pool area was lovely. My only criticism would be that the carpets in the common area were all stained and sad looking. Otherwise, I was very happy to stay in this hotel.

Amazing hotel with amazing food. Would recommend for anyone looking to relax at the hotel. The beach is close as well about a 10 minute walk to the swimming area.

We stayed at Halekulani Okinawa for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, and truly lives up to its five-star reputation. One thing to note is that the spa was fully booked during our stay. Access to the natural hot springs is through the spa, so if you plan to use those facilities, I strongly recommend making reservations well in advance. The resort offers four on-site restaurants, which provided excellent dining variety throughout our stay. The only drawback was that while most restaurants were able to accommodate a gluten sensitivity, the Japanese restaurant was unable to do so. We visited in early June, and unfortunately the weather was not very cooperative. Based on our experience, I would suggest visiting later in June for a better chance of enjoying the outdoor amenities. Overall, the property was outstanding, the service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A true five-star resort that we would happily recommend.

Nice property in a busy central location. Clean and helpful staff. Beds weren’t that comfortable. I found it hard to get staff to replenish coffee and water even when using their door cards. I would consider staying again but would look at other places first.
