Clean room and nice staff!

Staff and restaurant/bar service were great! Pool area was wonderful... Rooms were dated but spacious and clean.. Hotel was a little run down but in a great area with very good restaurants and shopping across the street.... Hotel area was quiet in Jan except on weekends. Plenty of parking available.

The Parker Hotel is amazing. The staff was very helpful and sweet. The room was spotless and beautiful. The brunch at Norma’s was excellent and my overall experience was great. The only issue we had was our reservations for dinner. Our reservations was set for 8 pm, we checked in with the hostess and she told us our table wasn’t ready. She would buy us a drink in the lobby while we waited, which was very nice. However - they didn’t seat us until 9:30 pm. Our waiter was slow and didn’t do anything to help our situation. We ordered a salad right as we sat down as we were starving - it took over 45 min to come out. I hope this is not a regular thing they do. The food was good and we ended up having a great time, but it was a rough start.

Can’t say enough good things about the staff and service. We were only there for one night, but we were treated like special guests. Gorgeous decor, fitness center, pool, rooms, ba to rooms. Our requests were accommodated, the kids got little gifts from the staff, the in-room dining meals and Ospero breakfast were delicious, the views were spectacular, the amenities were plentiful. We usually don’t like to stay at the same hotel more than once, but this one definitely “rose” to our needs and likes. Thank you!

This place is beautiful and magical. Every detail and every person makes this place so special. Absolutely perfect and I am obsessed
