8.8/10 Excellent! (1,054 reviews)
The location is great, easy subway access and walkable to MSG, Broadway, Korea town. friendly staff made the stay enjoyable as well. What i would improve would be a shower that drains. the sink didnt drain well either.

9/10 Wonderful! (15,535 reviews)
We stay October 24 to the 28th for the Oracle AI World 2026 conference and will not book this hotel again next year to attend the conference. The location and property is good, but the staffs especially who help guess to get taxi ride to get around from Bellagio to Venetian hotel or anywhere just seem like they don't even want to help you when asking for general details direction. Always answer with an attitude like they are doing you a favor. After book and pay online already when check in, you still have to put down almost 1K deposit to cover incidental charge as the front desk explain when ask for clarification, that's just crazy to me. I can understand $250 or maybe $500 deposit, but $850 is excessive for deposit.

Breakfast as good as always at Riu Hotels. However, I disappointed having poor quality orange juice in breakfast!!

8.8/10 Excellent! (578 reviews)
