"I reserved a deluxe room, but what I got was a small room with a double and single bed, there was no handle on the bathroom door and when the shower was on, there was a huge puddle on the floor, Servicing the room is just pull the sheets up, no stock up of anything. What you see on the website is not what you get"
"Staff were helpful, and very accommodating of our later arrival. Room was as expected for the price we paid. Only thing that wasn't great was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, the entire bathroom was dripping wet after using the shower which left us having to use our towels to dry the floor, meaning we needed more towels and couldn't help with the environmental notice. Otherwise it was what we needed to rest our head at the end of each day for our short trip."
