"On the first day of checking in the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up 3 flights if stairs. No hot water in bathroom during the entire stay!! The responded you must let it run 10 minutes. So after 45 minutes still NO hot water! In addition, the wood vanity at the sick was rotted ..."

"it's more like a hostal. loud receptionist. fan only. air conditioning is extra. wensite says 20k pesos but they wanted 90k extra per day. key has huge holder. uncomfortable and disgusting bed. everything is old. i do not recommend this hostal to anyone."
