Excellent - LOCATION * Right next to the Bratislava Train Station. * Walking distance to all the major tourist attractions - old town, castle, memorial etc.

Friendly Hotel, Room was clean and had everything needed.

Large hotel with a a smaller friendly feel, all staff were lovely and the reception staff extremely helpful ,particularly as we arrived on the 0600 night train. We were given an earlier check in at 11, dropped our bags and experienced early morning Bratislava with the guidance from the young lady on reception. The breakfast was great with a large selection of products for every taste. The room was clean and comfortable, we were on the side on floor 4 away from the main road .the bathroom was large and had all you required, we didn't use the coffee machine but it was a Nespresso with a selection of pods, fridge and complimentary water. Great beed and a good sleep .Recommended.

The hotel is comfortable and clean in a convenient location for shopping, or transport.

From the room upgrade to the exceptional customer service displayed by each member of the front desk team and concierge lounge, my partner and I had an amazing experience during our stay! Hotel was beautiful and the gym was amazing. Only slight complaint was that the lady who checked us in was not the friendliest and not informative, as well as the cleaning of the room was not as detailed as i would expect from a luxury hotel.
