8.4/10 Very good! (93 reviews)
The room was quite nice. The front desk tried to be helpful but the language was a problem but we finally got questions answered with the app. The area is very good for shops and restaurants but the subway is a km away walking which I found kind of far. It’s about a 25 minute taxi ride from the Muslim Quarter. The breakfast was awesome! I was on the 19th floor so it was pretty quiet.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (106 reviews)
Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain.
