Room was not properly cleaned Tab handles & showers handles was broken Mattress need to improve was very poor quality

Everything was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Early check in. Great breakfast.

Room was great, bathroom was enormous and all the factualities worked well. Room was super clean - rare to stay in a top quality place and feel that it truly justified the money.

Customer service is always outstanding. Staff very accommodating for request to change room. Wonderful hotel. Such spacious rooms. Kitchen and bathroom looking well used and ready for renewal in time. Missing a few glasses and utensils in the kitchen. Minor in the big scheme, we made do. Wonderful place to stay. Adina sets the level of expectation at other hotels very high. Not the cheapest place to stay, but worth every penny!

Very underwhelming From the doorman, concierge to front desk unhelpful unknowlegable The doorman was to busy talking to a friend while he had a coffee to even acknowledge our arrive., His attire was sloppy and unprofessional. Front Dresk, arrived around 2, room would be ready till 3 was told there was no where to have a cup of tea or sit and just relax, had no idea where we get tea that was close to the hotel. At least 6 - 10 people after us rooms were available. When our room was finally available up we go waiting for our bags finally I had to ring and ask for them. Breakfast for 2, black tea and toast, eggs Benedict and an orange juice, I'm still waiting for the orange juice. There was only about 8 tables occupied. 20 minutes to get our car on leaving, if we should have of been told it would take this long on check in and we could have rung ahead. This just a small summary. Silicone around the bath had mould spots. Absolutely no way 5 star hotel or experience/ service. I had been a number of year ago and it was sad to experience how far The Windsor Hotel has fallen in condition and staff professionalism. Over all experience poor definitely won't be back.

Great location. Staff very friendly. Hotel clean and nice lobby area etc. Great coffee each morning before we head out for the day!
