Would have preferred the A/C worked a little better...seemed to not react well to the temperature setting. But, it was sufficient. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, the hotel was quiet. I enjoyed my stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, the rooms were incredibly spacious, and the pool felt like paradise.
My only complaint was the staff's lack of clarity regarding promotional offers. Our booking included a $50 daily resort credit, but when we asked for details on how to use it, multiple staff members couldn't clarify the conditions. Based on our best guess, we used it at the à la carte store, only to find out at checkout that the credit didn't apply there and we had to pay out of pocket. Additionally, because we arrived late on our first night, we weren't clear on when the credit activated and ended up forfeiting it entirely. While we were disappointed that the resort credit issue couldn't be resolved, the rest of our trip was truly pleasant.
