Room was clean and serviceable. View was of a parking garage so not ideal.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel location was great, close to restaurants, shopping and transportation.
Onsen was enjoyed and there were free evening noodles and ice cream at the onsen.
Would recommend a stay.

This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though.
