Barton Instow Guest house is a jewel in the crown. A lovely old converted farmhouse nestled in the Instow countryside but only a short walk to the beautiful beach front. Landlady went beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Incredible food and sent us off in the morning with complimentary food water for our trek. Extremely friendly/welcoming atmosphere! Couldn’t recommend more!

Amazing, we had a wonderful stay over lobster feast weekend. Would certainly return. Lovey hotel with amazing helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended
