Super friendly staff. They lent us snowshoes and poles to go hiking in the snow. They were accessible via text if we needed assistance. You can buy your Acadia passes from them. Everything was spotless. Added amenities were excellent: evening charcuteries and daily trail mix bar. The staff was wonderful. Though hot water in the shower took a long time in room 219.
