The breakfast menu had a good selection of fresh food and fruit. No restrictions on the amount you has. The staff could not do enough for us. Interested in our life in Australia and were very open about their life in Vietnam. Happy to offer suggestions on day trips out of the way hidden treasures.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and restocked. The food was great. We had daily messages and the ladies were absolutely fantastic. I will most definitely visit this resort again.

The staff were lovely, as in most places in Vietnam, but for a high rated hotel, there is so much they could be doing better. This was our third and final stay while on our two week trip and was supposed to be the “go out with a bang” finale, but was the least impressive. I don’t want to complain, but have some suggestions for the future and perhaps things for others to consider while planning. Upon arrival at our room it was very hot. The air conditioning kept shutting off even when we left a room key in the slot. It was looked at three times before moving us to another room “only to sleep” and then the next day was confusing as to moving back or moving fully into the next room. Rooms were modern but not practical. Nowhere to put your toiletries, toilet paper mounted on the back wall instead of beside the toilet, a semi-sheer privacy curtain in the glass-footed bathroom, soaked bathroom floor after a shower. Nowhere for luggage. The elevators were always busy and full. The spa was not relaxing or very professional. Very nice staff, as mentioned, but loud, cold, and not what you would expect at a hotel. Construction happening on both sides very loud and all day from early. Very busy corner and very difficult area to cross the street to the beach. No currency exchange service or mail service. Construction happening in pool area and the pool toys were cracked and broken life rings. We were disappointed as our first two hotels were amazing for less

Our room has an amazing view and for the view alone totally worth booking for the cost. The hotel staff however was not very friendly and were not able to assist with a request to book a day pass. Very good breakfast and rooms were very clean and spacious.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making the entire experience feel luxurious, relaxing, and truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times. Their hospitality made us feel at home the moment we arrived. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, easily one of the best we’ve had. There were plenty of delicious options, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, and each morning started perfectly because of it. The villa exceeded all our expectations in every way. From the outstanding service to the beautiful atmosphere and incredible food, everything was simply perfect. We truly appreciate all the effort the team put into making our stay memorable. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.
