Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Holding luggage getting a taxi. The suite we had was huge but clean and comfortable although more than we needed it for one night.

Great views from level 21 bar. TV was part of the mirror, and hard to view the TV content since mirror reflection was stronger . Reception and concierge staff were so helpful.

Spent 5 nights. Roof top bar and downstairs bar were closed for private parties on more nights than they were open to hotel guests. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants down a mostly pedestrian path adjacent to the hotel. Central Station is only 5 blocks away.

Had a really nice stay the the Star Grand Hotel. The staff were really nice and very polite. The room was a great size and looked great. Would definitely stay here again.
Super close to the Sydney Lyric which is in the building so quite convenient if seeing a show.

We only stayed one night at the Ace Hotel but absolutely loved it. The room was huge, luxurious, and surprisingly quiet even though it faced a busy street. The amenities were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. A really great experience — we’d definitely stay again.
