Cebu Island Kid friendly Holidays

Front desk staff are friendly and professional, alert and helpful. Pool is very nice. Just an overall very good traveling experience.

The best resort I have been to in Cebu. Impeccable service and everyone were very polite and courteous. They made me feel such a VIP from getting off the vehicle to checking in and throughout my entire stay. I would like to mention or call the attention of some of the employees: Eh la- Front office Filamer & Johndry ( Azure) Wendell- room service Claire- Saffron Johnny- Conceirge Merba- Housekeeping Kudos to everyone not mentioned especially the gardeners as well. I wished I could have stayed longer. I promise to return and bring guests with me.

We had a breakfast included with our stay. Housekeeping did an amazing job with the cleanlinessof the hotel and out room. There were some issues with the hot water when taking a shower but it was tolerable. Played a few rounds in the casino which was fun. Over all the staff went out of their way to give the customer a great experience!

1st night late arrival room BA5 had literally more than 100 ants in the bathroom, the deadbolt did not lock, and the hot water was only warm. We were changed the next day to a very nice lagoon front room with no problems. The only minor disappointment during our stay was that breakfast buffets were only available on weekends, but we were given restaurant credits to make up for it. The staff provided excellent fast service in all circumstances. A must do is to walk around the entire lagoon path and read all the informational signs on the resort's considerable biological diversity. The resorts' views including the accessible spa also suggest what paradise might look like.

Very nice stay. Will stay again in the future

I got a better swim at the pool and at the beach. breakfast was ok and staff are great except for Cecille the person who was at the front desk when we checked in at 2pm. She told me that checked-in is at 3pm but there’s a room ready for you. I just got so annoyed when she said that, and told her that "you don't have to say the 3pm time to checked-in, if the room is ready just checked us in! then she gave me a room with no AirCondition working...pure warm air coming out. Transferred me to a room with working air condition but with rug as towels. the floor mat was even whiter than the towels.
