The staff was very nice and the room was cleaned and well maintained

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parts of the facility extremely dated. While the place was not dirty, it could benefit from a deep clean.

The property is nice, but the room is so cold (the hotel has no heat), unable to sleep. The towels are so old and thin, doesn't match the modern, newer looking property.

Great hotel, good location, excellent staff, Thai restaurant was part of hotel next door. Hotel bar was located in Thai restaurant. Breakfast was great with a good variety different foods. Room was nice, bed was comfortable.

The peoperty was nice, clean and spacious rooms. Staff amd service was mediocre for a 5 star property. Felt as we had judging eyes on us whenever we entered or left the hotel. Didn't leave or give the service level expected for such a brand name hotel. Compared to other places we have stayed, it was just meh Other than that it was fine. Location for the train and getting an uber was also quite convenient

excellent for everything

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was advertised properly. The room was quite big, comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast was good, lots of varieties and I love the congee with the accompaniments! The gym was very small with minimal equipment but was expected and enough for a quick workout. I will come back again!

Great location close to Jiantan MRT Station. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with great features.
