The place is over crowded and the breakfast is a zoo.
The best part of our stay was the bell hops. They were great.

I love love this hotel. We stayed there for my daughter’s 23rd birthday. The staff were super friendly. We sat at the bar for a few drinks the bar area is such a cool vibe. Rooms are fresh and clean with great decor. We made reservations for the 21st floor had drinks and enjoyed the fantastic city view and the night lights. We will definitely return to this hotel when we visit San Francisco.
