We were arrived hotel at 7:15am and no room available for us as no early check out that day so we went to ate breakfast nearby. After an overnight flight, we were too tired and went back hotel lobby for a slept. The frontdesk arrange a room for us quickly when someone checkout .
The hotel room is clean, big, and close to everywhere like Chinatown ,Ruddle Mall, free buses stop and supermarket.

a nice appartment and a nice room. the hotel is just next to the shopping malls and very convenient. the room is spacious and clean. but the intercom doesn't work so i have to go down to reception for rubbish bags. the staff are very nice and sympathetic. there was a misunderstanding about the check out time. the staff waived my late charge after my explanation. very good!
