Large comfy room. Air conditioning wasn't working, but they provided fans and it was ok. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Lovely hotel perfectly located within a short stroll of the Old Town. Very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast- wide choice and very helpful and friendly staff. As female travellers, we felt safe and comfortable staying here.

An excellent location for exploring the old towns of Tallinn. Very central & only 10 minutes by taxi to the airport. Tram & bus lines are outside the hotel for venturing further afield.

This is a great 5 star hotel that has an amazing vibe and the staff is very welcoming. If you are looking for a good stay in central location this is your choice. Spa is great and restaurants and breakfast simply amazing.

Our room was large with an excellent view towards 'Old Town'. The staff responded quickly to a couple of requests for service. The breakfast is EXCELLENT, with a full range of choices. We did a 'couples massage' that included lunch on the top floor, with a wonderful view of the harbour.

Beautiful hotel rooms with charming old fashion fixtures. I loved the old phone and service cabinet in my room. Proximity to shops, restaurants, and tourist sites in Old Town was unmatched.
