We were very impressed by the warm welcome by the hotel staff who were helpful in all aspects. The location of the hotel was good and convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom and shower. The hotel was also a green-supporter and reimbursement of 5 Euro/day (for the use in hotel restaurant) was offered if daily room service was waived. Nice food and waiters in the hotel restaurant.

酒店整潔，服務良好。手提電話的訊號收得差，轉用用酒店的WiFi ，結果仲差，感覺跟56K上網的速度差不多！

The staff are very polite. That would be better the import the air conditioning as feel that quite cold in the room.

Really good services and nice place. Will recommend friends to live here! If I come back to Salzburg, I will choose it again.

房間清潔。但當中一位中年女職員的服務態度較差，對著電話講了10多分鐘，我仍然未完成check-in手續。另一邊嘅職員，已經安排兩位乘客入住。不知道是不是因為我是亞洲人。

房間舒適，早餐豐富味道好，景觀非常棒，前台職員有禮貌及友善，唯一有問題是有一天早上我們吃完早晨回房間，突然有人拍門，但未及我開門巳經有3個男人開門進來，我嚇得不知所措，未及反應，其中一人就說對不起就走了，我看他們穿著酒店工程人員的制服！所以要確定鎖好房門或自己加鎖，因為我記得有上鎖的！
