I paid my reservation in full prior. to my stay. They put a $200 hold on a credit card for incidentals of which the total of my incidentals were $346, but for some reason they authorized several charges, totaling over $1200, and they can’t tell me why! Extremely frustrated, I will never stay at a Fairmont hotel again.

I have stayed at the Andaz several times over the past year. The downtown view rooms are large with a smaller shower room. The main gripe i have is the $241 charge for parking and resort fee for two nights with tips on top. I just think this is excessive and greedy. I’m from the UK and we have views on these things.

I asked the front desk was there an microwave in the facility, within 5 minutes I had one being delivered to my room! Top tier! 10/10. Great location also. Wonderful customer service.

Valet parking was strange, you had to use and sometimes they would bring your car and other times they would hand you the keys and point to the area your car was in.
