If you like a very firm bed, this is the hotel for you. I still rated the hotel high because it’s gorgeous, accommodating, has lots of amenities and spacious rooms.

Room was not made up for second of two night stay. No water provided in the room or availability of inexpensive water in the hotel. Bed soft in my experience, making for uncomfortable sleep

The staff were excellent throughout my stay—very professional, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection and good quality. However, there were a few drawbacks. In the breakfast area, the cooking smells tended to stick to clothes, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not cooling properly and felt warm. Our room also had a limited view, and there was some noticeable noise at times. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly due to the quality of service and breakfast, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

A decent hotel in a great location within walking distance from Central Station. Attractive foyer and friendly, professional staff throughout.
