Really nice hotel. Great location just a short ferry (free) ride from Centraal Station. Quiet area with a couple of nice cafes nearby. The hotels policy of the guests choosing to miss room cleaning g daily and giving a few euros to spend at the cafe is great

Very clean property, nice area.

This location is good if you want an affordable hotel that’s walking distance from the canal districts and from the De Pijp neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the room fairly well equipped. Unfortunately we got woken on the first morning, with “do not disturb” on our door, because the hotel plumbing had backed up and the plumbing access was in our room. Not a great start, our shower backed up with water from the sewers and smelled terrible. The hotel did give us a room to shower in for the day which helped and the staff were great. I’d like to have liked this hotel a lot more than we did, unfortunately starting a stay with a plumbing failure affecting the overall stay isn’t going to result in a five-star experience anywhere though.

Very good location. Very noisy - possibly air conditioning unit in neighbouring building? Turned off late evening but impossible to sleep earlier in evening. There were ear plugs in the room. We booked a triple room - I travelled with my two nephews aged 18 and 12. Picture on website showed three single beds which is not what we got. Room had one single bed obviously meant for a child and two beds put together as a double with one double sheet so we couldn't move them apart. Only one night so boys happy to share, but not ideal and the reason I have not given a higher review. Lady on reception very helpful regarding a question about breakfast
