ere is a draft for a highly critical, realistic online review based on those specific complaints: ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay — Unwelcoming Staff and Tired Facilities I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent stay at the Naviti Resort was deeply disappointing, especially given the cost. The biggest letdown by far was the service. We chose Fiji expecting the warm, world-famous hospitality the islands are known for, but instead, we were met with a generally cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff on arrival were dismissive and unhelpful when we had a minor billing discrepancy, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Throughout the week, the staff at the buffet and bar areas seemed entirely unbothered and exhausted, getting a simple drink order or assistance felt like pulling teeth. When it rained there is nowhere to shelter other than your room. Overall, the lack of effort from the team and the poor state of the resort made this a stressful trip rather than a relaxing vacation. We will not be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere on the Coral Coast.

Had a good holiday at the Warwick. 3rd time back there. Food was disappointing this time. Buffet breakfast wasn’t as good as the last times. Staff are wonderful. Sunset bar was closed for Reno’s which was a pity as we enjoyed going there last time. Such a beautiful spot and nice snorkeling straight infront of the resort.

A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards. The beach is beautiful & it’s fun to watch it change with the tides - the low tide sandbar is awesome! So many activities and entertainment options, but also nice to lounge around at the many pool, sand and grass area loungers and cabanas. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!

The property is absolutely beautiful ! We loved the view from the room , it is also incredible. Ma at the dive shop was an angel ! She took the time to greet us and asked the dive instructors to take care of my mom who has knee issues. The instructors on our scuba dive Masi and Su did an incredible job taking us to the best dive spots. The butler service with evening drinks was a lively addition, the staff was so kind. We loved the bula man who lights the torches every night! So special. On the other hand, the public bathrooms were pretty disgusting on the property. I feel like some staff tries to upsell on drinks at some restaurants. The air conditioning leaked all over the floor. We all got food poisoning, maybe from the buffet where everyone was touching the same tongs , some little kids were even eating from the tongs used to serve the food ! This is the first time we have ever gotten sick in Fiji over years of staying at different hotels. I definitely think there needs to be better hygiene and disinfectant at the buffets. We drank the tap water and we all also got very ill after. Children need to be looked at after better and not serve themselves at buffet. The coffee tasted really bad, definitely needs to be better. To end on a positive note, our stay was overall good and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We already miss the sunsets and the fun activities. The slide at the pool was so fun. The staff is gracious and genuinely kind and helpful. Vinaka !!

I love this resort. It is beautifully presented and its facilities are fantastic. However, it’s best quality is the staff. They are so helpful and accommodating. I always stay in a bure in the Reef section (adults only) and I will always go back. Lorraini, But Ani, and Alisi will look after you! I highly recommend it! See you next year!
