The staff are wonderful and always so cheerful. I love the Monday walking tours. The bar is really outstanding, although $30 cocktails are a bit over the top, even for NYC.

Nothing special as Intercontinental hotel. Pictures on the website don’t match what you actually see in reality. Over all our stay was ok. Will I come back again, probably not.
