Amazing staff!! Room was chilly despite the heat being on and high, better windows definitely needed, other than this, no complaints!

The staff was super helpful and courteous, the room was clean and spacious, and the location is right on billionaires row. It was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay there again

Absolutely loved this hotel. This is by far our favorite hotel we have ever stayed at in Manhattan. The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was very large compared to most NYC hotel rooms. The room service staff was efficient and always left our room clean and crisp. The hotel is in a great location compared to Times Square. Everything is easily accessible by walking. Sad we didn’t have time to check out the rooftop bar or restaurant. But we will definitely be back. Thank you for making our Trip comfortable.

We had no complaints about our stay. However I do see what people were saying about the long check in line and the elevators. We got there at 930 am on New Years Eve and were able to check right in. On New Year’s Day the check in line was out of control. When we returned about 930 pm New Year’s Day the elevators were packed and only a few working.. would still go back again and stay at the same place. New York City in Time Square you have to be prepared for a lot of people and a few lines to wait in.

Immaculate hotel, clean and comfortable. Couldn’t fault the facilities. The only reason I didnt score 5 was because the room was a little small with a tiny wardrobe space. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It was quiet , no noise from surrounding rooms just the occasional police siren in the night. Wonderful breakfast cooked to order every day.

The room was spotless, all the staff were helpful and courteous. Madison the manager went out of her way to accommodate us when there was a small maintenance issue which meant we were not able to stay in the room we had booked. She was very helpful and found us a delightful accommodation, making the 5 day stay a warm and welcoming experience. I will be booking here again.
