Hello, I would like to say that. When I checked in the front desk, personnel was excellent. They didn't have my room available for me. The first night, but the remaining nights that I spent there, they gave me an upgrade, and everything was perfect. I cannot believe that I had such a wonderful time at this hotel. Housekeeping kept my room immaculate. I went to the spa, and the people in the spa was amazing. Everything it was just excellent 5 stars. I want to say thank you very much. To everyone and I'm coming back for 2 more days around the first week of September. This will be my favorite place to stay while I am in bangkok. I wanna thank you very, very much. See you soon

All good, my room didn’t have hot water. I didn’t say anything so it might have been temporary or only effecting my room but didn’t bother me. Nice place and helpful, friendly staff
