The property is in good condition, some floors are better then others bec they are remodeled, staff was really helpful

2nd stay in the Paxton and again almost faultless. We stayed in a duplex family room which was perfect for our requirements, as we used it as a base to visit Paris. The bathrooms and some of the decor in the rooms is starting to wear a little but nothing worthy of a complaint. The swimming pool and facilities were perfectly adequate, although some couples were unaware that children can use the pool until a certain time. The complimentary taxi service to the local train station to either Paris or Disneyland was fantastic and worthy of tipping the driver. Good breakfast selection and ample space in the dining area. Kids eating free with an adult was a nice surprise.

Staff very unhelpful. Wouldn’t replace tea/coffee in the room and asked me to come down to the bar to buy it.

The facilities were clean, staff were very helpful and the spa was lovely. The kitchenette in the room and late pool opening times were very useful when coming back late in the evening. The shuttle to Disney works really well. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent location right beside the train station and one stop away (3 mins) to the Disneyland entrance. Short walk to the shopping centre. Unfortunately my daughter got an electric shock from the metal window-sill outside the room window. It was enough to knock her off her feet. Tested myself and got a nasty shock too. Reported to reception but they just said they were full and couldn’t do much. This happened on night 1 of a 3 night stay and there was no follow up at all.
