I loved this property, will be the hotel to stay at In Nagoya. Three travelers in one room, enough space. Loved the products in the room. Was soo good. Location very convenient when taking the JR rails etc. the staff was very friendly as well.

Staff are awesome helped with anything we asked, local shops and dinning 5 minute walk away and not too far from Nagoya station

Hotel is excellent. Clean and fairly new. Service is excellent. There is a portable stove, but no pots and kitchenwares provided.

Staff is helpful, hotel is a bit dated. Kudos to the staff putting up with the rude and pushy customers. Food was good but customers didnt appreciate is as they prefer volume to quality. I woul guess they are used to eating from a trough.

Nice & Comfortable Hotel near to Station. Good Location above Nagoya Station Shopping Mall Department Store & Restaurant Within Walking Distance - Very Convenient.

Wow What an amazing hotel, you get great panoramic views of the city at a great location. The staff were very helpful and could speak English. Getting there was easy as there is a public transport station entrance underneath the hotel!

I recommend Genjikoh for the amazing Japanese experience of enjoying the open bath overlooking the ocean and the various activities in the hotel such as the scent workshop. We booked a room for 5 and it was spacious and was pleasantly surprised it has 2 toilets. The sea view was breathtaking. We don’t book the meals as we don’t eat raw food but we had difficulty finding a good eatery outside as there are few amenities nearby and they close early. This place is great for those who drive but inaccessible otherwise even though the hotel has a shuttle bus. We are glad we had a rental car and could enjoy this great ryokan experience!
