The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very large and had everything we needed. Super clean. The only complaint was that the dryer did not dry our clothes appropriately. Also, you cannot get breakfast there unless you order the night before. No other facilities on site for eating. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I highly suggest it!

Had an amazing stay at this place. We hired a car, so everything was in close proximity when driving, beach, snorkeling, supermarket.

The hotel itself (build quality and amenities) were excellent, and they live up to a design ethos which tries to incorporate the local culture into the build. The rooms are spacious and indeed have a gorgeous view of the ocean. They also have both free and for-pay activities in the hotel that reflect the local culture. They even have local pottery work from famous local artists adorned around the property. Where, I think they could potentially do better: (1) Although the hotel is on the "beach", the beach itself is rocky and has seaweed. There are much better beaches in Okinawa, so if you want to spend time actually swimming or playing in the ocean there are much better beaches in Okinawa. (2) There are a couple of restaurants--prices are high for pretty average food. There are many better and cheaper options outside of the hotel. (3) The pool is shaped in an interesting way, but we did not find it a particularly beautiful or inviting pool to spend time in or around. (4) The staff overall seemed tired and detached. Very few warm and genuine smiles, which is rare for Japan and Asian hospitality.

Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The Thalasso Spa was definitely the highlight of our trip—it was so relaxing and made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back again. The hotel is locates in a quiet and peaceful area, they have an incredible Nikai beach on a site. There is also a decent swimming pool. Staff were really attentive and helpful all the time. Breakfast and lunch were top notch with good variety of options available. Parking is free for the guests so you can enjoy short trips around. There is also Gala in 10 min walk (2 min drive) where you can find little souvenir shop, few cafes, snorkelling and diving company (highly recommend to use them), horse riding etc.

Check in took some figuring out but was pretty straight forward! Make sure to check in via the screen by the front door to get the door pin! Place was spotless and had everything we needed to cook, clean, eat, and enjoy! Even has a wet bathroom and a nice bath tub! Laundry was awesome with detergent and softener provided! Close to a family mart down the street. Definitely need a car for Okinawa in general so wasn't an issue for us! 15 minute drive from beaches, southeast botanical gardens! Would absolutely book again!

Amazing harbor views from the room, impressive indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a panoramic sunset view from the 13th-floor bar featuring delicious Caprese salad, sandwich, Okinawan sausage, and a good drinks selection including local Awamori. Even the tantamen (spicy noodles) from the Chinese restaurant (13th floor) was flavorful. The breakfast (Paseo Garden) and lunch (Annon) buffets were excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is next to a stadium and Ginowan Seaside Park for safe, well-lit evening walks. The room could use a bit of updating but didn’t detract from the great experience. Highly recommended!
