The location is incredible for accessing most sightseeing places within a 20 minute walk from the hotel lobby. The cafe on site also makes really good coffee, and the staff was incredibly kind. We didn't get the breakfast, mostly because we don't eat early in the morning, but smelling it coming off the elevator we regretted that decision!

Front desk staffs mostly do not speak English. The pocket electronic translation device did not work well. It took much effort to communicate with the staffs. Other than this, hotel is comfortable and nicely decorated. Clean rooms and perfect location.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Rooms were large, staff were super friendly. We got off the Shinkansen and it was about 2 mins walk to the hotel which was brilliant. Lovely roof top bar, didn’t have the breakfast.
