Great rooms, food was good but could add few more options for lunch. Over all great experience with them

Room and service were very nice. Location was very convenient for going to the stadium and exploring downtown. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recharging the Nespresso pods made me fall in love.

Nice location, perfect for World Cup match, room cleaner was not so great, always looks like not done yet, staff was helpful, and also we had a fire alarm for no reason, forced to leave room to downstairs waiting for almost 1 hour during the World Cup game time, it is not a good experience to be honest. Rest of the hotel is good enough, room size, amenities, restaurants are all good enough.

Wonderful experience at La Grande Residence Vancouver. Great location. Walking distance to trains, restaurants and attractions.

Overall a very nice hotel in a convenient location. Didn't feel "luxury" to me per see, but it was nice. Very clean. The service was attentive and friendly. My only big complaint is a weird one - they had sliding bathroom doors in our room with no locks and at many points they would spontaneously ope while someone was using the toilet, making for an unnecessarily awkward experience. They should change those doors.

Yes, it's pricey but consider the city and location. But you do get some value, which I did not consider: (1) free valet parking, (2) $80.00 breakfast voucher--breakfast was well above average, and (3) some drink vouchers--we forgot to use. We got upgraded, which was nice. Room was large and view was impressive. Staff was excellent. We would stay here again.
