Nice hotel with dining and shopping. 10 minutes by train from city center but also very walkable.

Excellent hotel, very attentive staff. Room was spacious, lovely view of the lake, with a balcony to sit out on & enjoy a drink. Half bottle of champagne and chocolates on arrival in room was a lovely surprise. Both Eden Kitchen & La Muña dinning was of a very high standard.

Conveniently located to shopping, public transportation and local sights

Fantastic location, very easy to walk through the historic old town. Staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the property location was good. Good views. Staff was attentive. However, there were a few things which let it down. Firstly, it was not as clean as I would have hoped, the grouts were really dirty, the hot tub had stains and wouldn’t drain, the shower door was not fully closing and so water would leak out, the plugs to put our chargers in were the opposite way and our plugs simply wouldn’t fit, even with our adapter, breakfast options were very limited. Apologies for all the nitpicking but it is these elements which are key and makes a difference in a persons stay.

Staff were great and the hotel is very continently located to the lake. Rooms are very spacious and in good condition. Would recommend.

I love the kindness and expertise everyone in hotel exhibits. It's one of my all time favorite hotels to stay at. Thank you
