The lobby is spacious and pretty. The room is clean and comfortable. However the bed is supposed to be a king but the bed is actually two beds put together because we can feel a gap between the two beds. The location is convenient too. Within walking distance to markets and restaurants.

This hotel was everything we were told it would be...and then some. Kudos to every member of the staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew and the guys who helped with our luggage. You all do 11 Cadogan and London proud. We will be back. By the way, breakfast was wonderful as well- the food in general is good. Chelsea is a wonderful area to stay in while visiting, just remember it's one of the premium areas, so you're going to pay premium prices in the shops and restaurants.
