Reception staff were very welcoming. My wife needing additional assistance was brought a wheel chair. The room was very spacious given it was designed for three occupants and there were only two of us. Beds were very (exceptionally) comfortable. In close proximity to restaurants , shopping, etc.

The property location is amazing, right next to Tokyo DisneyLand, with easy monorail access right there too get to Disney Sea and walkable to nearby shopping. There is also a very good onsite gift shop with the same items as within the park. The amenities in the room were great. The staff was super nice and super helpful from check in to check out. Only negatives are the rooms seem a bit dated, and there was a lot of dust on the carpets. There were limited options for onsite eating but there are plenty of places to eat within 10 minute walk. The onsite grocery/convenience store was nice to have but everything is written in Japanese so hard for foreigners to find out what they are buying without Google Translate. Overall a 4/5 rating.
