Kalamos Pet-friendly Holidays

This was a perfect hotel for us, close to metro and walking distance to local stores. Staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was extremely clean and comfortable, we would absolutely stay again.

We were told to download the app for the smart room. We did and it didn't work. Had to go back to front desk where he unlocked something but didn't show me. The phone charger plug next to bed did not work. The app would not turn the main lights off and had to go to night mod to shut them off. If we went down a flight, the wifi would kick us out. The bathroom also smelled. It took several hours to clear out. We ate in the restaurant and ordered the the tomato sauce with noodles. It is a main feature on the TV promo. It came out just noodles and sauce and was missing the peppers, olives, and tomatoes. Chef came and said he was sorry and he was new. Dude, there are only 6 things on the menu. When it came out the second time, there was an olive pit in food. Then got diarrhea, the first time in a 10 day trip. The location was good. Next to train station and shopping. Sorry, but this is not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 3.5. Would not stay there again. For the money we paid, it was definitely not worth it. Breakfast was okay.

AMAZING LOCATION- very kind and helpful staff

Brand new hotel. Very central and convenient. Even though our junior suite was only on the second floor it still had a fairly decent view to the church next door. Service was outstanding. Definitely recommend.

I arrived after midnight to find a dirty room, no hand soap on the sink, and the AC was not working. I called the front desk to ask for help. The hand soap came about 20 minutes later, and the same technician came to check the AC. He said, "Nothing I can do for you," shrugged his shoulders carelessly, and left me to stay in the super warm room. I called the front desk again, and the attendant told me that he was sorry that there was no other room they could move me to, and he added that he would send me a fan to help with the heat in the room. The fan never came to my room, and I spent the night in a horrible situation. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone.
