Had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean with soft bedding. Convenient transportation nearby, overall fantastic experience and highly recommended.

Probably one of our nicest hotels, great location, walking distance to Tiananmen and Wangfujing. Also probably the safest stay in the world given the security posture in the area

The room was very nice and clean and property was amazing. So many beautiful animals to see and lovely to take a leisurely stroll. The staff was very friendly and there was a variety of delicious food for breakfast.

This is definitely a 1 start hotel. The pictures are deceiving the customers. Hotel is in a very bad condition as soon as you walk in you know that this is not a 4 start hotel. Hotel is falling apart. Staff is nice at least
