Worse hotel we stayed during our trip
Rooms are small, staffs so not friendly and untrained, never ever stayed here again
Receptionist barely smile , they spoke English quite well , just not polite nor friendly

It is a vey nice hotel. The only thing I do not understand is why the last entry for the breakfast is 9:00am. That is very unusual while we can stay inside the restaurant until 10:00am. The 9:00am is a bit early for those who are on vacation especially Taipei is full of night activities. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hot spring available inside the room is nice especially if you love to lie down in the bathtub to enjoy the moment of relaxation.

Perfect stay for our anniversary, they held our bags as we checked in early and showed us to the hotspring and spa facilities. There were indoor and outdoor springs with sauna and steam room in an onsen style setting. Our room had its own hotspring tub. We received a bottle of wine as a courtesy along with assorted bon bons. The Chinese restaurant was delicious and it was an easy walk to the hot spring river.
Excellent stay.

Rooms have very little sound proofing, loud repetitive noises into the night. List of many rules in the room made it so we felt uncomfortable to do anything in room. Hotel located on very narrow, steep road.
