Call and thanks to desk will be fixed
4. Shower gel forgot to be refilled and found out in the middle of night while showering

1. Pre sleeping pillow or slippers during afternoon on the first night?
2. Pre check out changing towels at 10:30am at door reminders?

"要借商務中心開會，兩個小時，9個人，費用很高，出乎意料的高出很多，所以沒辦法只好捨棄去附近的飯店開會，一杯飲料要660我覺得真的太高了，×9個人，投影機算一個小時多少錢，附近的五星級飯店他是算一次使用多少錢，只有一半費用，這一點我覺得可能需要檢討一下吧！"
