Hotel manager and concierge were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us. Had a little trouble with the air conditioning, but dealt with quickly and efficiently. Complex and the units are ideal, although in the process of being modernised as some areas looking a little tired in places. Nice and each to get cabs to anywhere on the island.

Resort is very clean. Friendly staff from the lobby all the way to the pool restaurant. 15 min walk to downtown or take a tuk tuk for roughly 200 baht. Walkable to dining places and many places to choose from for a massage. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here in April with our two teenage daughters. Our accommodation was one of the Two Bedroom Pool Villas which was lovely and very spacious and had its own pool. The only thing that let this style of villa down was that they are located next to a busy road with traffic going all night. We are not used to this noise and so found it difficult to sleep. We did let the reception know this and they offered to move us to a different style of accommodation away from the road for a couple of nights but then we would have had to move back for our last night. The staff here were all very friendly, especially the restaurant staff and the buffet breakfast was great. The hotel offers free shuttles to Lamai twice a day and also a shuttle to Chaweng once a day which was great to be able to use. There is also a small supermarket located an easy walk away. Apart from the road noise we enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed here 18 years ago on our honeymoon and have returned with our children. All I can say is that this place is a slice of heaven and even better than I remember it with the most attentive staff, we can honestly not fault a single one of them from the front security who I think may be the smiliest person I have ever met to the cleaners, the pool staff the buggy drivers, the spa staff and front desk. Too many to name them all but thanks especially to Donut for our tour arrangements and Soi for the most fabulous spa day and Torn for the fabulous cocktails at the pool bar. The rooms are lovely and clean, the food is amazing especially all the fresh fruit and smoothies. The breakfast is fabulous. The gardens are beautifully kept and the yoga session was worth getting up for. I’m running out of superlatives but this is truly a special place. It is a little more out of the way which is part of its charm but taxis are pretty cheap and we hired a car for a few days to go further afield. Soooooooooooooo relaxing

Secluded area meaning lovely quiet beach away from tourists, will need to hire bike/car to get around as it not walkable. We loved our stay, it is a very quiet family run hotel. The staff are lovely but sometimes hard to find anyone maybe a low season thing. We stayed in beachfront villa which was very big, bathroom/shower was outside which is cute but attached lots of mosquitoes. Coiled were lit daily but they do run out/don’t stop all.

Direct access to a stunning beach with fabulous views. Hotel room was spacious, comfortable & clean. We enjoyed the breakfast which had sufficient number of dishes to chose from for us. We enjoyed 10 days at this hotel & will come back.
