9.2/10 Wonderful! (226 reviews)
The staff are superb! They do their best with the facilities they have. This is not a 4 star hotel--2 stars at best. It is in real need of a comprehensive remodel. Breakfast was tasty but very basic. Otherwise I didn't eat there. The hotel is rather isolated and travel to the north or east sides of the island took 45 to 60 minutes via grab or bolt.
Again, 5 stars to the staff. But for the price, you can do better.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (667 reviews)
Beautiful view from the second floor huge room was nothing but heaven for us
Beach is within the hotel property and you can go swimming in the clear water directly from the hotel pool
Food was good stuff were helpful
Happy hour drinks are great
The only reason for me to give only 4 starts is the not up to date room furniture and lack of spoiling things you expect from a 5 starts makes you feel more like a good 4 stars hotel

8.4/10 Very good! (341 reviews)
The hotel is good, the rooms are large and clean, but the gym is really not good. Food at the restaurant was good for lunch and dinner, but the included breakfast is a little below normal Koh Samui standards in our opinion. Few options and average quality.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (702 reviews)
I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a place to stay in Koh Samui. The resort is located next to a quiet bay in northern part of the island and such a wonderful location to rest. Staff went over and beyond to assist and always friendly. The breakfast spread was great as well. Overall, our group had a wonderful stay.
