Everything was excellent. Beautiful house that was spotless.

The Resort is beautiful, Staff is very friendly and helpful and I couldn't complain about our Villa. The pools are amazing and water park was fun yet super cold.

The room was very clean and the staff was very kind when we needed anything. The hotel was in a perfect location. Not far from Disney parks or Universal. The only issue I had was that the furniture was very worn and outdated. The couch did not have any support in the cushions and when you sat down you would think you were almost sitting on the floor. The cushions for the kitchen chairs were also very worn and one was not even able to use. The pool was very kid friendly and we were also able to see fireworks from Magic Kingdom from our balcony. You also have to drive to get something to eat. There are not any restaurants on the premises like in the description. I would definitely stay here again but not in this unit.

The watermark is great- it is clean and fun! The room was fantastic, but was missing some basic amenities like washcloths and wastebaskets in each room. Be sure to bring coffee with you if you plan to make it in your room, there is a coffeemaker but no grounds. Navigating the hotel was terribly complicated. Elevators are not marked, nor is the direction for the water park. This is a large place and it’s easy to head in the wrong direction! The food was average. The restaurant was advertised as having steak and seafood but when we arrived, they had recently switched over to a “create your own dinner” style where you mark off what you would like in your taco or salad. The service was “ok”. Not sure we would stay again.

Grade 5 star hotel, amazing service. Very respectful great food room was clean super comfortable.
