All staffs are excellent ,
Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage ...

Our short stay in Carcassonne was extremely pleasant and comfortable at Hôtel Le Donjon. The parking arrangements are very convenient, the rooms comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our only issue was the shower didn't have a screen attached that actually stopped the water from going all over ...
