Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. Staffs were super friendly and the restaurant there was also great, we had dinner there one night and the food were very delicately made and delicious, highly recommended. However the only let down would be the spa, booking was hard to make and with very limited services due to short of staffs i think. It can be slightly better i feel.

A fantastic stay. The staff were friendly, kind, and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy. It would be even more perfect if the water pressure in the shower was a bit stronger and the temperature response was a bit faster.
