Lovely old style hotel but everything looks sharp and fresh. Really enjoyed my stay here, I’ll stay again as and when I return to Nagasaki

Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. Great breakfast with splendid views from the 15th floor restaurant with amazing ramen and also sea bream chazuke, freshly made. Great selection. Large bedrooms. Really nice lobby. Very helpful staff. Great location. Fantastic service. Delightful stay in this wonderful city.

Beautiful setting and centralized location. Very clean and modern rooms with courteous staff

Great hotel. We also stayed at another candeo which was way more relaxed with the tattoo policy. This one, doesn't allow people with tattoos at all it seems. It would be nice if they learned from their sister hotel and be more open to the 21st century.

Clean, spacious, everything we needed! Staff was kind and helpful. Parking is available and there is a cute cafe downstairs. They have free luggage lockers too. Highly recommended!
