The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. But we were told breakfast was included in our reservation and that is why we chose to eat it and when we left, we were hit with a large bill for breakfast and told that it was not included. It wasn’t worth the price of breakfast, we would not have had it if we had not been told it was included in our stay. Rooms did not have any fridges or coffee. We also recharged with extra city tax when we checked out.

The July was a home from home. Beautifully situated in the dock area of Houthaven, this contemporary hotel had a really traditional feel. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and give you the feeling that you’re not just a hotel guest in Amsterdam, you’re a resident. Hard to leave.

Marcos at reception was above and beyond friendly the whole staff just wonderful. Beer n juice in mini fridge in room free and comfortable beds what more can you ask for.

Exceptional service and hotel . Beautiful amenities and great location

Everything about this hotel was amazing. the food at the restaurants, the spa, the rooms, the view, the staff, the location. The saunas were the only thing that were underwhelming.
