Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

호텔 위치나 전반적 직원들의 친절도 및 청결함은 만족스러웠음. 다만 이 호텔의 가장 단점은 그 나라 관광객들이 꽤 옴....가족단위 관광객들도 많음. 그래서 진짜 애들이 뛰어다니고...꽥꽥거리고... 그 나라 관광객들은 특히 문도 쾅쾅 목소리도 크고 최악이었음...ㅠ 호텔의 잘못은 아니지만 서양인들은 다 조용하고 좋은데 중동쪽 가족단위나 그 나라 관광객 가족단위들은 시끄럽고....어쨌든 덕분에 방을 두번이나 바꿈..ㅎ

Staff is overall pleasant and responsive. We had two hours of waiting after check out before transfer came and Doorman noticed us sitting in lobby and asked if need taxi. Told him wait time and he got us iced tea… Room has a small balcony with great view of Sapa valley and Moana statue/park when it is not foggy. Buffet breakfast is very good and good varieties. The hotel restaurant has good dishes and comparable prices to outside restaurants. It is located downhill just outside of city center which means walking into center is uphill! Overall very nice hotel for price.

Great welcoming, super helpful at the front counter anywhere at the hotel, this was my first trip in Asia I am thrilled by service would come here and stay at the same hotel again for sure You feel like King at the room with all the luxury coper bathtub everything in gold! Just impressive

Great location not far from the town centre but enough distance to feel calmer. Staff were super helpful and accommodation is comfortable.
