入住邊間的奢華雙床房，窗外景色很棒，海景很美！房內備品很齊全，除了盥洗用品，保養品，浴袍，連睡衣都有，真的很完整！房內有快煮壺、也有咖啡機可煮咖啡和泡茶，還有提供點心和酒水，冰箱內還有迎賓水果盤和飲料可自由取用！ 床還滿好睡的，但其中有一張床比較舊壓到或睡覺翻身會發出聲音有點吵，白日房內採光不錯，但晚上光線偏暗，有淋浴間及大浴缸可泡澡。 若需要洗衣服，Ground floor有洗衣機可投幣洗衣及烘衣，也有洗劑可購買！ 飯店員工服務都不錯，人都很和善，尤其替我們辦理入住手續的飯店服務人員，服務很好，非常周到，除了幫我們安排機場接送，因爲回國當天要搭ㄧ大早的班機，前天還很貼心的詢問是否要幫忙準備隔日的早餐盒外帶，真的很貼心！

I stayed here for 4 days with my family and everything was perfect. The package included the access to the Hotel Club lounge on 14/F- a deluxe infinity pool with breathtaking seaview (so lucky to have a good weather during our stay); different timeslots of F&B were provided with great view; and you can chill with friends and your family (>aged 13-yr-old) while having finest drinks during "open bar period". What a relaxed atmosphere if you're looking for a trip to recharge yourself! The hotel is surrounded by shopping mall with plenty choices of cuisine, beach, park and family-and-children-friendly playhouse: Round 1 Stadium. Close to the airport, no worries if you're not driving, the hotel also provided tourists with transportation arrangements (extra fare). I had a lovely stay at the hotel and definitely will come back whenever I traveled to Okinawa. Thank you so much team!

Very nice hotel to enjoy sunset in a quiet and peaceful ocean view. Hotel is clean. Staff is very nice. Definitely would re visit again in the future.

已入住第四次了，一如既往的非常好。工作人員非常親切，早餐非常豐富好食，其他餐廳亦非常好食。環境優美舒服， 海天一色。房間非常整潔。 空間夠大。

第一次來到沖繩，於第四日入住halekulani酒店2晚，之前在Expedia訂好高級海濱房特大雙人床，浴缸是在廳中間那一種房型，但安排的竟然是另一種房型，當我極度失望之際，我即時將預訂圖片給服務員看，服務員好友善即時聯絡櫃檯人員幫我，並安排我想要的房間，感覺做事非常有效率，亦都非常着重客人感受，整體上每位服務人員好nice令每位客人入住愉快，食物質素，環境各方面都幾好，沙灘會有毛巾飲用水及救生衣提供，唯獨我住的樓層太低，其實附近太多植物，會有很多蚊蟲，雖然有落地大玻璃露台，我都不敢開露台門，游泳池開放時間太短7:00p.m 前close，有機會我是會再來的

景觀絕佳，露台飽覽180度的黃昏海景 。但有一個問題是日本租車公司內置的導航對這間酒店位置的導航不準確，根據MAP CODE或電話根本無法導航至該酒店，導航會叫你在高速公路突然轉右，而根本沒有路。我最終繞了三次才領略到如何去酒店的路，遲了一點CHECK IN，差點錯過了黃昏的美景。外國遊客多依賴汽車內的內置導航，建議酒店跟MAP CODE公司商討，糾正錯誤導航的問題。
