Great location, elevator didn’t work

Amazing experience at the Moore , Miami design district. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Dreamy beds. The attention to detail with the chocolates at bedside everyday was such a great treat. The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums. Didn’t use parking because I traveled out of town and took uber from airport but there are really nice parking garages every other street it seems. Great hotel for solo women travelers or girlfriends trips. I was in town for Dolce and Gabanna exhibit at ICA and it was like 5 minutes away from hotel. Extremely perfect location. I will surely be back with more girlfriends looking for a great , safe place to stay . Great restaurants on the premises as well. Take advantage of happy hour bites and drinks, very good. Great lady restaurant attendants that take your picture without looking annoyed :) they took some of my girlfriend and I best traveling picture. Keep up the good work everyone. Unless you are staying here for a cruise or an overnight emergency, I would not recommend this hotel. My sisters and I stayed for 3 nights, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. Our tub drain was clogged, and it took two calls and two visits to the front desk over two days for someone to come. He said it was fixed, but the issue continued. At the front desk, you are often ignored while staff talk among themselves. No one acknowledges you unless you speak up or stand there waiting. At check-in, we were given no information about elevator locations, breakfast or restaurant details, or that the snack kiosk closes at night. The pool was still closed, even though I received an email saying it would be open after April 30. The pool also looks nothing like the photos online. The room doors are poorly sealed you can see into the hallway through the gaps, and noise carries easily. You hear doors slamming and full conversations as if people are inside your room. Check-out was just as frustrating. The parking gate had no attendant, and the machine was damaged. We couldn’t figure out how to exit and had to go back to the front desk, where we were told to press a “broken” call button a certain way to be let out. Apparently, it has been broken for months. This should have been explained at check-out. Never again.

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy
