Nice luxurious fully marbled rooms from top to bottom. Unfortunately there were cockroach sightings on 3 occasions. Thankfully staff was nice enough to help kill them and provide insecticide. However, would have been perfect without this incident. Service recovery was good, staff offered gree breakfast as an apology

It is at center of the Jeju city and near the airport (about 10 mins by bus), so it was convenient to use public transportations. The breakfast was really good especially in light of the price. The room was clean and staffs were kind.
